February 3, 2024The last of the grandparents, who had an incredible innings and was living in her own home till almost the end. Jovial, kind and always a smile to be had. Made awesome fruit cake and there was always biscuits in the tin and a kettle on the stove.
Thank-you for keeping an eye on my Jaguar that was clogging up your shed space for years and I’m sorry I never finished it in time so you could go for a ride. I’m sure many eyebrows were raised by the “Get In, Sit Down, Shut Up, Hang On” sign that was always in the back window of your Commodore.
Grandma Marge had a fantastic memory and was able to tell stories of many events and explain photographs with great detail. I will always remember her explaining the photo of Harry Prosser Senior that I saw in the carriage house of Coal Creek Korumburra.
We’ll miss you and thank-you for everything.
