Alvis and I were great friends growing up, we lost touch as we got older but I’m still devastated by this news. Alvis was an amazing person, so genuine and unafraid to always be himself. Alvis was one of my closest childhood friends growing up and I absolutely cherish every moment we spent together. He was always incredibly witty and had unwavering passion in all facets of his life. His impact on me was immeasurable and he always took pride in sharing his beliefs with me. He was a true altruistic beacon of light in this world. Unfortunately as we moved through our adolescence we headed in different directions and fell out of touch. I’m crushed by this news and cannot begin to imagine what his family is going through. Most sincere condolences from myself and on behalf of my family. Rest In Peace my dear friend. ♥️

Alvis. It’s heartbreaking to hear of your passing. You were so unapologetically yourself and not afraid to tell people how you felt. I admired you in many ways and have great memories from our time together at school. Being partnered with you in food technology class and making a bomb omelette… “forgetting” our sports uniform to sit out… pointlessly learning about carpentry joints in woodwork… listening to your music… I regret that our friendship drifted apart. Sending my condolences and love to your family in this time. Thank you for your music.
