MORTON – Jean Margaret (née Smith)

Born Annesley Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire, UK, 2 March 1934.
Died Mirboo North, 17 July 2023. Beloved wife of Walter Morton (dec).
Deeply loved mother of Frank Paul Morton.

Trained as a shorthand stenographer and Secretary working for a number of commercial firms, government agencies and colleges of advanced education in the UK and Australia.
Migrated to Australia, January 1967.

A student of the Bible and a lifelong Jehovah’s Witness. A keen amateur pianist (AMEB) Grade 5.
A gardener, lover of classical music, dogs and rural life.  A lively, bright and friendly person with a sense of humor.
