May you dance in the sky to the sound of your own music
May you scatter the petals of your own garden
May you bowl a few maiden overs and finally belt a few elusive hundreds
May you kick a few goals and drop all the minties down on the grandies
Open your eyes young Jimmy, there’s a new beginning to be had
St. Peter will stand aside for your cheeky humour and interesting stories.
And the angels will have no hope in straightening that halo of yours!!
Fond fair thee well.
