October 26, 2023Wow we just watched the service. Amazing stories.
My last moment with Joan went a little like this …
It was a Sunday – about 1pm. I was at Thorntons bakery with a kid it two. In enters Joan with a crash. Tripped up the step. Then she gathers her self and thoughts, we have a chat and a laugh. I’m thinking she’s had a couple?? Then she’s off.
Then I’m thinking she’s with someone in her car. Turns out – so did she… She opens passenger door and gets in. Then she opens door and gets out and goes around other side. Starts the car – full revs. Puts it in reverse hits the pedal flys across the street and backs into a median strip tree.
Then puts in drive and takes off….Still to this I’m not sure what to think??
God love her
