BOWMAN – John Anthony

Born on March 13, 1961. Passed away May 20, 2023.

It is with sadness we announce the passing of ‘Angus’ our Son, Brother and Uncle after a short but ferocious fight.

Son of Joan, John (Dec) and Ewan, brother to
Liz, Jason (dec) Kaj, Alistair, Rory Adrian and Rebecca.
Uncle to Florence, Willis, Lucy, Ava, Gemma, Beau, Eliza, Violet, Raya, Hayden and Amanda.

To our biggest Brother. We will miss you always. Thanks for always having our backs and for the wonderful memories. You played well. You’ve potted your last 8 ball, and kicked your last goal. GO TIGERS.

The family wish to Thank the amazing Staff of Armitage House in Wonthaggi for the care and dignity they showed to Angus – we are forever grateful.

Funeral Notice
Leongatha RSL Cnr Smith Street and Michael Place, Leongatha VIC 3953

A memorial service to celebrate to life of Mr John Bowman will be held at the Leongatha RSL, Corner Smith Street and Michael Place on FRIDAY May 26th, commencing at 2:30pm

 A burial service at the Leongatha Cemetery will precede the above service at 2:00pm
