April 4, 2022Jim was such a lovely man I first remember meeting through my first aid training course in the early 1990’s. I went home from the first evening and told my Dad who the leading trainer was. He chuckled and said “He was in the job, too”. When I mentioned this comment to Jim the following week and disclosed my family details, he had many funny stories to tell about my Dad as a young bloke and, my grandfather during his teaching career.
A man much admired, liked and respected by several generations of my family, particularly my Dad and paternal Grandfather. In their memory and, recalling my own time with Jim, I wish to extend our sympathies to the extended Geary family.
