Passed away peacefully at home in the care of those she loved most.

Much loved mother of Adam and Jaclyn.

A Funeral Service (Prayers) for the Repose of the Soul of Mrs. Julie Marion Lewis will
be held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Boolarra on WEDNESDAY (Mar. 18,
2020) at 1.30pm.
Private Cremation
If desired, donations may be made to Latrobe Community Health Service, Palliative
Care. Envelopes will be available at the Service.
